What is a Sugarshack Session Experience?

For the last 12 years, Sugarshack Sessions has been host to hundreds of bands from around the world. Each band strips down their sound, playing an acoustic session which is filmed and ends up on our Youtube Channel. Sugarshack Sessions are not concerts, but live recording music experiences that are now available to the general public. 
How do I purchase a pass?

You can purchase a session pass to one of our Sugarshack Sessions Experiences by clicking the button above. This will take you to our Experience page where you can select the session date of your choice.
Are there age requirements?

All participants must be 21 years or older to attend a Sugarshack Sessions Experience.
How long is a Session Experience?

Overall, a Sugarshack Sessions Experience lasts approximately 3 hours. Since sessions are live recordings and not concerts, the duration of music played varies. Artists typically record anywhere from 5-7 songs. This process may take longer or shorter depending on various production elements and weather. 
What does my ticket Include?

How do we find out who's playing?

Performing artists are revealed the day of your arrival. It's one of the things that makes the Sugarshack Experience so special and unique. Every single one of our sessions is magical no matter what!
What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of planning sessions, our VIP Passes are nonrefundable unless the session is cancelled due to inclement weather and/or artist rescheduling. In the event that a session is cancelled, we offer a rescheduling option as well that can be discussed at the time of cancellation.
What if a session is cancelled?

On rare occasions, a session may be canceled due to scheduling confilcts or incliment weather. In the event that a Sugarshack Sessions Experience is canceled, paying guests will receive a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
