OUR STORY

The Sugarshack Music Channel was started by Eddie Kopp in 2014 as a digital music series that featured unique and intimate acoustic sessions filmed/recorded in a backyard in Bonita Springs, FL. Along side 4 co-founders, Alex Casement, Arian Antonucci, Justin Kazmarek, and Spencer Paterson, we set out to do something we loved with the people we cared about. In those days, we filmed local bands to provide them high quality video & audio content to promote themselves and build a live music community around the Shack. We did it for free for years while we continued to work our day jobs. The seed was planted, and we tended to it. And it sprouted...

Alongside the Music channel, we started "Sugarshack Inc". Our startup venture with the vision to build a multimedia company offering creative services under the brand name Sugarshack, while continuing to grow the live music channel. After three years of working full time jobs and working full time to keep this dream going, we made the leap. We quit our jobs and went full time Sugarshack.

Sugarshack Inc. grew into a digital media production company & creative studio.

Today, we provide full creative & production services, including conceptual development, video & audio production, photography, & graphic design. In today's digital age, everyone needs content to market their brands & businesses. We are the company that helps people tell their stories.

The Sugarshack Sessions is now one of several programs featured on the Sugarshack Music Channel. The channel has grown from a backyard hobby into a full-time business for a team of 11 now, that includes an online community of more than 450K+ subscribers and 400M lifetime views who tune in to watch our acoustic sessions, live music videos, documentaries, and podcasts that feature local, emerging, national, and international artists.

Additionally, in 2019 we launched Sugarshack Records. Our independent record label distributing our acoustic sessions, live in-concert recordings, and podcasts on all audio streaming platforms.
